Technical Support is available to customers possessing current maintenance agreements Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm Eastern Time. To ensure your questions are answered as quickly as possible, please provide the following information to our support staff via fax or e-mail.

1. Your Company and Contact information.
2. From whom your KB_SQL system was purchased.
   If you work with a Value Added Reseller (VAR) of KB_SQL, please let us know.
3. The version of KB_SQL you are using.
   Currently, we are supporting V4.1, V4.2, and V4.3.
4. The M Technology (MUMPS) implementation you are using.
   We currently support all standard ANSI M implementations.
   We work with McKesson Information Solutions to provide support for proprietary database formats used by the STAR Hospital Information Systems application suite.
5. The hardware/OS platforms you are using.
   Typically, this will be Windows for QRE and the ODBC Driver.
   Your server will typically be on Unix, VMS, Linux, or Windows.
6. A detailed description of the problem you are having.
   The more details, the better!
7. Printouts or screen captures of any error messages you are receiving.
